50 person minimum charge for on site grilling and catering.
Custom menu & chef services are available for events under 25 guests.
Add 20-22% gratuity charge, amount based on your event and venue.
Add applicable staffing fees for on site catering

25 person minimum for drop/off or pick up, 50 person minimum charge on site package
Up to 3 hours service time on all BBQ packages depending on the size of your event with the on site grilling option.
Any barbecue package intended for a wedding reception will include the appetizer hour within the food service time.
