What We Do Here at The Smokehouse grill we work with you with all aspects of your event. We can provide barbecue catering for your company picnic or provide our formal wedding catering services. From the initial event planning to the final stages of clean up, we work with you to create a most memorable day. We provide on-site catering from casual to formal for any type of event. Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and corporate catering as well as any event we cater are handled by selecting and presenting the finest fresh foods available. Your menu selections are cooked fresh and sliced at the event location to ensure the best quality and taste. Who We Are Established in 1999 The Smokehouse Grill provides full service catering for any special event in Maryland. Located on Kent Island and servicing both the eastern shore as well as the western shore. We have the capability and the experience to serve events as small as 50 and as large as 5000 guests. Our courteous and professional staff arrive on site uniformly dressed in the proper attire for your event. All of our equipment is NSF grade and Maryland health department approved for commercial on site catering operations. Menu selections such as pit beef, pit ham, smoked turkey and roasted pig are just a few of the selections we cater. Prime rib, Maryland crab cakes, steaks, steamed crabs, and chicken are also available. What separates us from the rest, is that our menu is not limited to barbecue catering. We can provide all of the rentals associated with your event to avoid the hassle of dealing with multiple vendors. |
