Jason and I were so happy with everything that you, Steve, and your staff did for us that day. Everything
went exactly as planned and I would not have changed a thing. I actually had a great time at my own wedding
and not many brides are able to say that! Your attention to detail as well as the comfort of our guests was above and beyond what was
expected. We received so many wonderful compliments on your
service- many people appreciated the bartenders especially. They kept up and accommodated everyone,
even my sister in law who asked for a mojito. The food was so great and many guests told me they had
never had better food at a wedding. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend you and
Steve to anyone. The special touches you added with decor and your friendliness to our guests made it seem
like we had our friends helping us, rather than a service.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you and all of
your staff for doing a fantastic job at my retirement party on
the 3rd of May 2008. Your crew was professional, polite and
right on the mark with the food and service. They arrived on
time, set up and cooked a super spread totally independent of
all the last minute details we were dealing with trying to get
things ready for the start of the party. That aspect alone was
a huge help and one that we really appreciated. The food was
great and the guest were blown away! Your crew kept a close
watch on all the food needs and their clean up and exit was
conducted in a courteous and very smooth manner. They were
truly in tune with the guests and their needs.

As I said, they are true professionals, that I would recommend
to anyone looking to host a great party. Please pass our thanks
on to everyone that helped to make this all come together. I

Steven,
On behalf of our entire company, I just wanted to say thank
you so much for your service for our company barbecue at
Sandy Point State Park. Everyone raved about how good the
food was and you guys had such great hospitality to go with it.
You even accommodated our request for juice bags for the
kids which worked really well. In spite of the pouring down
rain, you guys never missed a beat. You set up your tent and
keep right on moving!! Wow!! And besides the awesome chicken,
need we say more about the 40 POUND STRAWBERRY CAKE!!!

The Smokehouse Grill was awesome today. They catered the
Tilghman Island event for us this afternoon. Delegate
Eckhardt, Senator Colburn, The Army Corps of Engineers and
the Baltimore Port Authority were there along with everyone
from Maryland Environmental Services. Everyone said the
caterer was fantastic ,very well done and plenty of food.

The Smokehouse Grill
Thank you so much for catering our dads 80th birthday party this past Saturday.
The food was delicious! Everyone enjoyed themselves and were all well fed. There was more than enough food for
eveyone. So much that we literally fed a portion of a naval ship in Norfolk My nephew is stationed thereand we
sent the leftovers back with him.
Thank you again. I can guarantee if we have another party you will be catering it again.

I wanted to say a SINCERE THANK YOU for the WONDERFUL job that you guys did for my sisters
graduation party. The food was impeccable!! Everyone raved about how big and juicy the hamburgers were, and
how good the pulled pork was. I was intentionally concerned about not having enough food when everything was
set up (ON TIME!)_ but when we opened the pans and saw how much food was stacked in each pan we were blown
away. We had MORE than enough food, there were over 200 attendees that ate but after a while when we
noticed they weren't even making a dent into the food we invited the rest of the park to eat and we still went
home with extra food.
All in all the Smokehouse grill is the best, definitely worth the money

Dear Steven,
I wanted to send you an e-mail saying how wonderful the evening of April 3rd went. The food was awesome!
Everyone at the event was very happy with the amount of food and the quality.I was extremely happy with the
staff you sent. The guys were very polite and kept the trays full for the guests. The experience shows on how
well everything was orchestrated. They arrived on time and took over and I was not worried about anything!
I was a little nervous because we did not get a chance to do the taste testing. But that all went away when i
saw the meats and sides prepared. I cannot wait to refer you to many other people.In addition we are now
thinking about doing the event over next year. Thank you again and please extend my thanks to the guys that
were there on the 3rd , They really did an awesome job

Hi Steve I wanted you to know that Justin and Chris were great. The food was excellent and everyone remarked
on how good everything was. All were impressed with the variety of food.
Even the California mix was a hit(and you never know with veggies)There was plenty for all and when it
started to rain your staff moved the food inside for me and people began 2nd laps/helpings of food, it was that
good.

Dear Steve and staff,
We just had to write to tell you how much we appreciated your great service in catering our post rehearsal
dinner in Cambridge MD. Being from south Carolina we had to arrange all of this by phone and Internet, so we
really werent sure just what we would be getting! We needn't have worried! Your staff arrived on time,they
were efficient in their set up and so thorough! You remembered every little detail! The food was fabulous and
everyone commented on how delicious it all was. The Generous portions were amazing. The BBQ was outstanding
and coming from South Carolinians and Georgians that is a real compliment.
You made our outdoor events really special time and we wanted to thank you.
